You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Photographers are responsible for the content they upload. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload event photos. Picsly reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright or contains illegal material.
You understand and agree that Picsly uses automated facial recognition technology ("AI") to process photos. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI will find 100% of your photos.
Fees for photographer subscription plans are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Picsly provides digital services and products. No physical shipping is involved. Delivery of our services (photo access, AI processing, downloads) occurs instantly upon successful payment or within the timeframe specified for each service on the platform.
Picsly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
